The bar service was surprisingly UNHYGIENIC. I saw the staff touching the rims of glasses and using their fingers to put ice and garnishes into drinks, a little alarming. The breakfast was chaotic, and a mouse scurried across the floor. I expected better standards OF cleanliness.
